Assessment
How does Personal Training in Zest Work?

This 5 Step Process is carried out before any physical training in the gym is carried out.

1. Interview at Zest - Interview at Zest with one of the two head personal coaches. We assess your suitability for Zest. You need to be ready to commit to lifestyle changes if need be.

2. Pre Assessment - Pending a sucessful interview, you are given a Personal Training Starter Pack(Questionnaire Format). You spend one week working on a self assesment process before your initial consultation.

3. Initial Assessment
* Goal Setting and Health Check
* BodyStat Body Composition Analysis.
* Personal Nutritional Analysis & Recommendations.
* New lifestyle plan.

4. Second Assessment - We focus in on one of following areas that we feel will give you the most benefit during the ‘Foundation Phase’
* Goal Setting, Motivation (with respect to your health).
* Medical and Injury History – Postural and Injury Analysis
* Advanced Nutrition for Optimal Health, Weight Loss, Disease, Maintenance and Prevention.

5. Introduction
* How to use a Heart Rate Monitor
* Use of Cardiovascular Equipment in the Gym.
* How to use the Zest booking system.
* You are now ready to commence training...
